On the 16th March the Middle and Upper juniors went to Newhaven Fort to find out about life during WW2.

They experienced a real air raid in an air raid shelter and handles artefacts form the past to find out the jobs done on the Home Front during WW2. They walked through hidden tunnels in the cliffs and looked out across the bay from the gun emplacement.

The girls learned a huge amount from the visit.
